In order to make an online purchase, you must create a personalized account with us. If you already have an account, sign in with your email address and the password and begin shopping.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
SALES TAX
All Pennsylvania residents are subject to PA sales tax.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase date and may be redeemed in our store or online. We will process your purchase within 1-2 business days and ship the gift card to the recipient’s address. Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards are eligible for exchange only. To create custom denominations please email us at purchase@petuliasfolly.com.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT
If you are making an online purchase with Petulia’s Folly you must create a personalized account on our site. You will access your account with an email address and password of your choice to ensure privacy and security. To create an account, simply click SIGN UP. If you are ready to complete your purchase, you will be prompted to create an account before you checkout.
PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password, click here to have it sent to you. If you wish to change your password go to MY ACCOUNT and enter your new password and confirm.

To change your email, billing or shipping address go to MY ACCOUNT and you will be able to change and save any changes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Petulia’s Folly Online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Online purchases will not be accepted for return or exchange IN OUR STORE.
Request for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days from date of receipt of goods. Exchanges are subject to availability once we receive the returned item. We must receive the item you are returning before shipping any exchanges. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return and exchange policy. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping and re-shipping charges for exchanges. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone at 215.569.1344 or by email at purchase@petuliasfolly.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. ALL SALE ITEMS are for FINAL SALE; no refunds or exchanges are allowed. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, bags, and accessories except shoes.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
Email us at purchase@petuliasfolly.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Please enter this number on the return form that we will provide you via email. The merchandise must be shipped insured, prepaid, and securely packaged. Returns must be received by Petulia's Folly within 7 days from the issuance of the RA# for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return/exchange. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment, excluding shipping cost. If you requested an exchange, the status of your exchange will be emailed to you at this time. If we cannot fill the exchange request, we will automatically credit your original form of payment unless told otherwise. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement.

SHIPPING METHOD
Petulia's Folly uses UPS exclusively for delivery. We offer standard ground service, 2 day and next day air standard service for all domestic orders. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
For international orders, Petulia’s Folly uses the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) Global Express Mail, which delivers within 3 to 5 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over $500 shipped within the U.S. Please see options below:
GROUND - 5 to 7 business days - $12
3 DAY - 3 to 4 business days - $20
2ND DAY AIR - 2 business days - $25
NEXTDAY AIR - 1 business day - $45
STANDARD DELIVERY SURCHARGES
Since some of our home furnishings products can be bulky and oversized, our cost to ship the item may be higher depending on the final packaged dimensions. In the instance where additional costs are added, we will notify you prior to processing your order.
TAX DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)
Once your order has been delivered to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Petulia’s Folly is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties and/or customs charges that may be incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning the package to Petulia’s Folly.
